A free, independent process for connecting bulk buyers with potential vendors and coordinating requirements, samples and communication. The buyer and vendor agree and handle the commercial transaction directly.
We begin by understanding a new material requirement, an alternative to an existing vendor, or a need for better repeat-order coordination.
What this stage involves
Tell us about the application, existing reference material and the sourcing problem you want to address. This independent facilitation is free for buyers and vendors.
02
Prepare a clear brief for potential vendors.
Initial Consultation
We help clarify material specifications, expected bulk quantities, consumption patterns and delivery requirements before approaching potential vendors.
What this stage involves
Share dimensions, construction or weave preferences, color and any sample reference you have. Unknown specifications can remain open for vendor review; no universal minimum quantity is assumed.
03
Identify possible sourcing partners.
Vendor Network Matching
We help identify and evaluate possible vendors against the buyer's brief, using vendor-provided information on feasibility, capacity, quality expectations and indicative lead times.
What this stage involves
Where feasible, potential alternative suppliers may be considered. The vendor confirms its actual capacity and quotation. We do not guarantee supplier capacity, continuity or delivery.
04
Coordinate business details and reference material.
Customer Onboarding & Reference Sample
We coordinate the buyer's organization and procurement-contact details, reference material and anticipated bulk requirements so potential vendors can review the enquiry.
What this stage involves
If a physical sample is needed, we coordinate a verified receiving address and instructions with the relevant recipient before you dispatch it. The aim is to compare the existing material or explore a vendor-provided alternative, not to imply that the platform owns a warehouse.
05
Coordinate assessment, not certification.
Vendor Inspection & Feasibility
We help coordinate supplier assessment, sample matching, vendor-provided documentation and indicative lead times. We do not independently inspect, test or certify materials.
What this stage involves
The buyer and vendor confirm material compatibility, construction, weave, sample fit, sourcing feasibility and the proposed quotation. Any specialist inspection or testing must be separately agreed with an appropriately qualified provider.
06
Help coordinate an agreed trial.
Pilot Lot & Customer Validation
Where buyer and vendor agree feasibility and commercial terms, we help coordinate a pilot for customer inspection and validation before recurring procurement.
What this stage involves
For suitable bulk requirements, a trial may be approximately 50–100 kg where commercially appropriate, depending on the material and buyer–vendor agreement. Pilot lots are not automatically free or guaranteed. Quantity, product cost, payment, logistics and lead times are agreed directly with the vendor. Free facilitation does not mean free goods, samples or freight.
07
Buyer and vendor confirm the transaction directly.
Purchase Order & Payment Confirmation
The buyer and supplying vendor agree the specifications, quotation, purchase order, quantity, product obligations, payment and delivery terms directly. The platform is not the contractual seller.
What this stage involves
The vendor invoices the buyer and receives payment directly. We may help coordinate communication about the agreed order, but do not buy or resell the goods, collect an advance or approve customer credit.
08
Help plan the next buyer–vendor order cycle.
Recurring Supply Coordination
We help coordinate repeat-procurement discussions, vendor-managed inventory planning and dispatch communication where buyer and vendor mutually agree.
What this stage involves
The supplying vendor manages its procurement, inventory, invoicing and fulfillment under the buyer–vendor agreement. We help communicate forecasts and agreed schedules. Dispatch arrangements and delivery commitments remain between the buyer and vendor; there is no platform-owned stock or guaranteed supply continuity.
WHAT THE PROCESS IS DESIGNED TO SUPPORT
A practical framework for repeat B2B procurement.
These are our working approach and coordination priorities, not independently certified guarantees.
Bulk-only B2B specialization
Focus the sourcing conversation on business procurement rather than retail or individual-piece orders.
Specification-led sourcing
Help translate the buyer's requirements into a brief for potential vendors.
Reference-sample matching
Coordinate comparison of an existing sample with vendor-provided material options.
Potential alternative suppliers
Help identify possible alternatives where the requirement and vendor scope allow.
Pilot-lot coordination
Help coordinate a mutually agreed trial for customer validation, without promising a free or guaranteed pilot.
Direct buyer–vendor transactions
The vendor quotes and invoices the buyer; the buyer pays the vendor directly.
Repeat procurement planning
Help communicate expected consumption and vendor-agreed order schedules.
Clear supply-process communication
Help keep the buyer and vendor informed through sample, quotation and repeat-order discussions.
How facilitation and transactions work
We provide independent B2B sourcing facilitation without a facilitation fee. Product quotations, purchases, payments and fulfillment are agreed and handled directly between the buyer and the supplying vendor.
We charge neither buyers nor vendors commissions, referral fees or facilitation fees.
The platform is not the contractual seller of the goods. We do not buy, own, stock or resell goods, or issue invoices for goods. Product obligations, purchase orders, payment and delivery terms are agreed directly between the buyer and vendor.
YOUR NEXT SOURCING CONVERSATION
Independent support. Direct vendor transactions.
Share a bulk requirement or existing sample. We help coordinate the sourcing conversation without commissions, referral fees or facilitation fees for either party.
